Jewelry components and mixed materials are integrated directly into their construction. Each skirt follows its own development process, with focused attention on internal engineering, external detailing, and custom hardware. The craftsmanship and precision behind every piece reflect the standard that defines AOI.

Some 1 of 1 pieces begin with an idea, others with a material or a discovery along the way: a precious stone found during travels, a textile collected over time that has been repurposed, a surface explored through study and experimentation, or rare fragments waiting for a new life. Each is approached with fresh intention and shaped into a singular AOI 1 of 1 collectible.

A couture gown, a made-to-measure tailored collectible, an exceptional fine jewelry piece featuring a rare stone or unique setting technique, or an object conceived for a specific purpose and material. Each year the studio selects a small number of collectors to enter this process, allowing the time and attention required to create something truly their own. Modern-day heirlooms.

Beyond AOI
Special projects designed and developed by Farah Marafie.
Farah Marafie developed a haute joaillerie set for Levuma Diamonds through her studio AOI. An ultra-thin titanium structure folds delicately onto itself, sculpted to suspend each exceptional Levuma diamond with quiet precision. The composition includes a necklace, bangle, and pair of earrings conceived as a unified set.
Designed within the AOI studio and produced with our workshop in Valenza, Italy, the pieces continue Marafie’s exploration of jewelry engineering as wearable art. The set was presented in Gstaad for Levuma’s clients in search of the rarest diamonds and exceptional contemporary design.

The gift cards may be redeemed online or in person at our Salon AOI in London by appointment. The value can be applied towards a made-to-measure piece created specifically for the recipient, or towards a collectible available in our gallery.
