All orders are shipped complimentary via DHL Express worldwide.

UK next-day delivery if ordered before 12 noon.

For international orders, please allow 2-3 business days.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For the following countries, all customs duties and local taxes (including European VAT) are included in the product price:

Kuwait, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

For all other supported destinations, duties and taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout via our partner Zonos, so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.

For a small number of destinations, this is not possible and the recipient will be responsible for any import duties or local taxes on arrival.

RETURNS

Collectors have up to 14 days from shipment to request a return. Please contact us at contact@aoiofficial.com to arrange the process.

Please note that bespoke or custom-made orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
